SISTAR’s Hyorin and Bora Visit Abandoned Dogs Shelter

Sistar’s Hyorin and Bora recently visited an abandoned dog shelter, showing their support for animal welfare. On February 14, KARA, the animal protection civic group, posted on their official Twitter, “A friendly guest has visited Ggong Ggong’s protection center. The wind was cold, but as the sky was clear, it seemed that we would hear good news. SISTAR’s Hyorin and Bora came to visit Ggong Ggong’s residents.â€
 

 

Along with the message, a photo showed the SISTAR members warmly embracing the dogs, showing genuine love and care. Singer Lee Hyori, known for advocating on behalf animal welfare, retweeted  KARA’s tweet, and also expressed, “The hardest thing for humans and dogs is loneliness. If you love them, then don’t leave them lonely.â€

We hope that SISTAR can continue to spread the importance of loving and caring for animals in order to reduce the maltreatment of animals in our society.

Well it's a nice idea that they should.

Most idols have dogs anyway, they are all busy and I guess they make time for pets that they dearly love. I can't see why they can't adopt one

Well, Hyolyn already has two pet cats and Hyolyn and Bora both take care of a pet snake iirc. I know they love dogs but it'd probably be difficult from them to bring another pet home and give him the attention that he would need. Hopefully this visit they did will spread word to people with lots of love and good homes to give these dogs~

Awww, the doggies are so cute! I'm lonely and I want a dog to cuddle with. Sistar should adopt a dog.
