Do it if you want to, but do it for you if it will make you feel more confident and happy with yourself, not so that someone else will be happier with what you look like. Doing stuff because of what other may prefer isn't a smart idea, esp when people have widely different taste when comes to this stuff. And about surgery advice, don't listen to the people who always say "NO!!! dont get surgery!! ur perfect just the way you are!!" if you're not comfortable with ur looks, then fix what you wanna fix and don't listen to them.
