also heads up to anyone planning on getting a teen top badge:

 

 

- A voting thread is not required if there are 3 badge holders or less (5 badge holders or less for OTPs), or if you are the sole holder of a badge. In that case, changing the badge picture can be done privately.

 

so on march 20th, if any of the badges have less than three holders (group, niel, chunji, and ricky as of right now) then a poll isn't required and the holders can decide on the final picture together unless there's only one holder (currently only changjo) then they get to pick the picture themselves!
