This is part of a game

This is in no way hating on AOA, I am giving my opinion on the album. I also only skimmed around their music videos before this.

The Album : Angel's Knock

Favorite Song : Oh Boy, Excuse Me, Feeling

Least Favorite Song : Three Out, Can't Sleep

Rating : 6/10

Excuse Me

7.5/10

A solid title track, a little weird to me at first. The instrumentals were great, a little weird to me at first, and Choa's vocals really shined here. Both of the raps were great overall. Everything else was meh.

Bing Bing

6/10

It's neither good or bad just average. I feel like this doesn't belong as a title track, it sounds like a strong B-side than a title track to me. I liked Jimin's Heys and both of the raps though and they really fit the concept.

Three Out

5/10

I wasn't feeling this song, the whole song seems like it was everywhere and was weaker than other songs from the album.Though I was disappointed from Jimin's rap at the end I thought Choa's vocals were the highlight of the song.

Feeling

7.5/10

The instrumentals aren't the best. But the vocals, rap, "nananas", and "feel so hot for me" made me just. . .

I'm in love with it.

Can't Sleep

4/10

The beginning was stale, it got better from there but not that great, the chorus was okay.

Lily

6/10

I'm very judgmental with who my ballads are from. But this was okay, not the best. I swear Choa's vocals are great here.

Melting Love

7/10

I thought Yuna really fit this kind of songs. The instrumentals made the song sound really cute and had a spring-vibe to it.

Help Me

4/10

I listened to this and I listened to the Japanese ver. The Japanese ver was definitely a bop, but the translations to korean made the song sound weird. I also felt like the vocals weren't as strong as the Japanese one? idk if it's just me

Oh Boy

8/10

Honestly the best track, even though it was a Japanese song. The translations managed to make the song sound really smooth.

With, Elvis

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ / 10

This is more of a song for fans, and I have to read the translations to get it.

Overall

Having a duo title track is hard for a lot of girl groups. I honestly think that this album shouldn't have a duo title track, Bing Bing really sounds like a B side. Excuse Me was a solid one but now that I heard Give Me the Love I definitely think AOA could have done better. A lot of these songs were a hit or miss for me. I also kind of like Choa and Yuna's vocals and Jimin and Chanmi's rapping now.
