2 of Park Ji Yoon, Hong Jin Ho and Jang Dong Min might be picked, the former 2 have higher chance than Dong Min since they're the original from S1.

I see the PDs also cast 1 trendy girl just like Hani in S2, so maybe Sejeong is the most possible choice since she seems to have a great variety sense too.

The last 2 spots...I have no idea but maybe 1 comedian should be in it so...Yang Se Hyung or Yoo Se Yoon?

I guess Park Ji Yoon, Yang Se Hyung and Kim Ji Hoon right (2.5 members as a clue)

Eunji is my idol 2nd choice behind Sejeong, and I'm glad they casted her.

I like Jang Jin and his deduction method, I didn't choose him because I thought he would be busy and the production would cast Kong/Dong Min more. Still I'm delighted with this choice.

Yang Se Hyung is fine for me, he sometimes can be really smart. I watched IC: battle with asuras and without him the game would be end in 1 hour. I think he might use his common sense to solve the case in a simple way and that might surprised us later. So I will give him a chance.

Just finished watching Ep.1 and I agree that it's a solid episode for an Ep.1 of the season.

The cast still needs more chemistry together but that'll improve later. Jang Jin - Ji Yoon's chemistry is still great. Ji Hoon fades in this episode because he is the detective and kinda takes a backseat role more. Eun Ji and Se Hyung are still nervous for the new show but I trust them that they will get better later.

The criminal isn't hard if you can get these many evidences against him but evidences themselves are the hard one to find. So great job for the casts for finding it and kudos to Jae Rim to hide these as long as possible because before the 2nd search he seems to be the least suspicious to me. I think Se Hyung is doing okay, he finds some good evidence and also a very important "USB car key". If that's not found, the direction of the investigation could go into another way so I think he is doing very well considering it's his first experience. About the character role play, I agree that he is too serious and very nervous but I think he will get better.

Eun Ji presence alone makes me smile throughout the episode so...PASS!!!

Next episode, very interesting about the twist. What could it be?

Phew...barely (and surprisingly) guessing it right in this episode. Tough case, many little and distracting evidences but still 3 for 3 for me.

I form the story like what Jang Jin (and Snow) does. I imagine the motive of the culprit first and it's definitely about the 2002 case.

So the victim is the one who request the reinvestigation of the case, which means that the culprit is the one who will get a disadvantage by this. Who? Of course, it would be the real murderer!!! Which cuts Hani out from the list.

Also, Park Ji Yoon was only a witness of the case, she could be a murderer and fabricated the scene but she was the one who gave the evidence (2002 CD and the key) to the victim herself. It doesn't make sense if she is the muderer. So I also cuts Ji Yoon out.

Lastly Yang Se Hyung, a victim's boyfriend, could also be a murderer as well. But he also got tortured from the investigation too. If he is the real culprit, there is no way the police would let him escape from the crime and went as far as fabricated the DNA result for him, considering the police will get awarded for solving the case. And why would the victim reinvestigated the case again now if the culprit is Se Hyung. He has nothing to gain from it. This also cuts Se Hyung from suspect list which leaves...

2 police officers who also take charge of the case together with the victim; Chief Kim and Professor Yoon.

Kim Ji Hoon: He takes bribes, he corrupts, he could lose a job if the reinvestigation happens but he isn't a culprit. He just gave the order for the investigation in that case and wanted to end the case quickly and not more. He doesn't even know about fabricated DNA result at all. The murderer also left the key behind. If he was a murderer, he wouldn't sit down comfortably and gave the order from behind. He would do at any causes to find the key as soon as possible. So I don't think he is the murderer.

And now...

NS YoonG: She took charge and investigated the case with the victim which means she has the ability to fabricate the innocent. She and the victim are the only ones who know about it. The evidence about wrong information of the crime scene like the wrong address also makes me think that Professor Yoon must have something more to do with it. Then I started to think if it's possible that she is the real murderer? She has the motive to go back to the scene after dropping her key to find it, fabricate the DNA result. So even there aren't many conclusive evidence, I choose Professor Yoon in the end. The story is 95% accurate from what I think. The neck-tie clue is the one I miss. In the end, the god of deduction is still on my side. Cheers!!!

Yang Se Hyung is a lot better this episode, thanks to Park Ji Yoon who support him and I think he know that he need to loosen up and enjoy the case more. Still awkward but going in the right direction. Hani and Yoon G are the fresh air that we miss a lot. Sadly, Eunji isn't there. Hope she also loosen up more next week too.

Edit

For Episode 4

Darn it!!! I guess the right criminal for 2/3 of the episode then I finally give up and change it because of the lack of evidence. It's too hard when the evidences against him aren't revealed. And I don't even think about him being the one founding the organization at all. It's a really crazy plot but there is no trace about him being the boss at all, so it's really hard to guess the he is the criminal.

The most conclusive things are only the battery wire that has different Volts from others (very very hard to find) and the reciept (which still hard to link him being the boss of organization)

Nice plot but not really great execution on the scene, it seems like the PDs are afraid that the cast would catch the criminal too fast. 3/5

I like that they link some characters in a different case, I always wonder why last case was in 2007 not 2017. Now I finally get the answer. Nice job!!!

The atmosphere are better than first 2 (but the last one sets the bar really high), Yang Se Hyung starts to adapt to the show more and more. Eun Ji still needs some work done though.

I won't put spoiler because the Eng sub is out now so for who still hasn't watched it. Skip this post.

I think this is one of the easiest case in this season. The motive of the criminal is too strong and there isn't much of distracting evidences to convince people to suspect others. I guess it right after that photo is revealed to be Lady Jung and the news about Jung family's incidence seal the deal for me (so good job for Ji Hoon (or Ji Yoon?) to find it. The plot twist about Nanny Jung is great but it's not that wow like Park Gangnam case.

Episode 7 was quite good.. But I want more of the cast walking around finding evidence than sitting down talking.. I feel like more than 50% oåf the episode is just talking.

And Kim JiHoon is still boring ;/ What a failed casting that was. He was great as a guest in season 2, but I can't feel it at all in this season. He doesn't seem at all interested in what's going on. Too bad.

The voting of his character for the last 3 episodes says otherwise. Lately, he is the one who keep us entertained with his characters: "A lost child crying for his mama" ---> "North korean spy" ---> "Aspermic playboy father". He seems to be serious in the beginning of the season but he is now back to his own self in Season 2.

Finally, Eunji has done realllllly well in this episode, she has now loosen up and she finds so many clues in this episode (both crucial and distracting). Yang Sehyung's performance cracks me up the most hahaha. Good job Nature Yang XD.

Well, I proudly say I can solve the code in 5 seconds even though it's not that related directly with the case but...hey, it deserves some bragging, right? :P

Next week, YASSSSSSS KONG!!!!!!

If you look at the last 4-5 episodes, Eunji is always in special search mode. :) She totally commits herself to search everywhere. She found A LOT OF CLUES in S3 and she doesnt rest until she has investigated EVERY object on the set. She needs to get a reward for "Best Clue Searcher" or something like that. She is digging out any clue no matter how hard Crime-Scene-Staff tries to hide it.

All clues she found are very important, it urges the suspects to make a statement/excuse for the evidence whether they are the criminal or not like how she finds the secret cave which makes Jang Jin explaining about his secret job and the earring which makes Sehyung explaining about what actually happened at the hut. These things helps me cut Jang Jin/Se Hyung as suspects in this episode.

Episode 8

Another very entertaining very good episode. Everyone is doing so well. S3 is now as good as S2, imo !!

I am proud of CS members and guests. :) They are the BEST !!!

Solving the Crime of Ep8

The Serial Killing is a total mystery in the beginning, but if you start searching for clues, its pretty easy to find out who did it. This will happen almost automatically:

1. Search the victims to find all 3 mathematical clues. Solve the mathematical clues.

Anyone will do this, especially since they told the players in Ep7 that mathematical clues were found with the school victims. you can be 100% sure that its 100% connected to the murders, cause clearly the murderer must have left them. That means the numbers 9 and 27 must have an importance. the hint Bystander is also a very big help, because its a good reason for murder.

2. Find a photo with 3-KIM and notice that it was taken at 9:27.

i think this was probably the easiest in the whole Crime Scene Series. You only need 2 things and the first thing (mathematical notes) will ALWAYS be found and ALWAYS be solved. So its pretty much just one photo you need to find. (and that photo is very easy to find and NOT hidden somewhere!!!)  And that photo can easily be identified as a crucial hint... it has the numbers 9 and 27. When you search the pic for clues you quickly notice the stuffed animal that JiYoon has in her room. You will quickly notice that they are in a taxi. As soon as you find out JIYoons father was a taxidriver you have the case solved ! If you dig deeper and find out how he died, its absolute certain who the murderer is.

This is pretty solid evidence !! To make it even easier, there is only 1 other suspect who has the numbers 9 and 27 (27th September). But thats strange, because its the day he was happy and got the cat. Its not the date that the cat died. Its not the date when someone was a bystander. So its pretty easy to realize that Sehyung's character is not the killer.

Even IF......

...and even if you dont know anything, there are just 2 suspects with the numbers 9 + 27.... you have a good 50:50 chance to randomly guess the killer. i think its a super-easy case. :)

Yep, I solve equations as soon as I saw the clue so I focus on everything that has 9 and 27 in it. Yang Se Hyung's connection makes me sway a little since I believe it's Ji Yoon (or Eun Ji) for most of the episode. (The viewer opinion also sways too by that lol) but props to Ji Hoon, I think he is the real MVP in this episode; solve the equations, find the picture, and now being a bald playboy who will soon to get abused and has no seeds hahaha. Sad that he has the schedule conflict with the drama and have to withdrawn from the show. I'll surely miss him.

And Kong has certainly bring up the atmosphere to the next level tbh, the old feeling is back.

Next Episode, yeah we have Dong Min again!!!!!!!!

Episode 11

The Criminal

okay, you guyz probably dont believe me.... but i guessed the criminal. I wasnt really sure, but from the start to finish Haenyo Park was my prime suspect. Very early in the episode, they find out about her using the dictionary. The contract of her house and mountain (which she loved so much!!) was found in her posession. (but it should be in the posession of the victim). So i though this was super-suspicious. She said "i couldnt look up the words" and that sounded so strange. If you have enough time you can look everything up in a dictionary. Also, why is the contract in her posession when it should be with the victim ? So i always suspected Haenyo Park from the start to finish of the episode.

i was never really sure, though. Everyone speculated its Chief So (even the live voting was totally in favor of Chief So) and when some things were revealed that it could be Chief So.... i was very tempted to switch to her. But in the end, i just couldnt get this strange thing out of my head.. of course she can use the dictionary and she stole the contract and the house means everything to her.... and the victim tricked her with the signature in an evil way.

And then the Pearl..... they kept showing the jewelcase of Park again and again. And she was my prime suspect anyway and i thought to myself... if its not from the jewelery case then why is the show editing so much jewel-case-examination into this episode. Nahhh... its from the jewel case. It has to be from the jewel case somehow.

I wanted to get the jewel case and investigate it myself to find the proof but i am just a viewer so i couldnt. :hehe:

So i ended up with criminal Haenyo Park in the end. I totally excluded Hole Hong , Chugboat Jang and Native Jung.

Episode 11 was fun to watch. It was a bit like a horror movie and more sad feeling. We also have some references to older episodes. Thats always good. I like that in S3 episodes, we often get someone showing up at the end of the case.... this time the policemen showed up. Thats a funny running gag.

The Best Acting / Performance clearly goes to Park JiYoon. She is really great at acting and she always does it in a super-entertaining way. i just love her so much as member of Crime Scene !! *applauds*

So you're another vote besides me then hahaha

The criminal

I also almost get swayed to Chief So (Miss So) too but in the end I thought that the pearl must come from the case (poor Sojin ) and Park Hanyeo is also my prime suspect too so I choose her. Also look at her motive, she has stronger motive than Miss So.

Love that we get a reference of Bookstore Jang again, I almost forget who is it too after a long time.

Sad that next week is last episode, I still want more...
