I am happy about the cast except for Yang Sehyung, he is terrible uuugh! Super sad to have him there instead of Jinho ><

i am very happy that 2 of my fav members are back: Park Ji Yoon & JangJin. Both did some great acting in S2.

Kim Ji Hoon was a good guest He is also good at acting ... S3 can be a Season with members going deep into their characters. Thats Great !!

 

Eunji sounds nice. I think she will do well. We have to wait and see.

 

My only problem is Yang SeHyung. i dont really understand why they picked him. Maybe they wanted an "oddball" character who is a bit crazy, and does a bit of comedy ?

 

I am feeling the same as you. SeHyung will either make or break the show for me, if he is as obnoxious and horrible as he usually is, I will not be watching this season ;(

Episode 6 was really good.

 

I re-watched all of season 2 this weekend and the editing and pace of season 2 is A LOT better than season 3, imo. I am still enjoying season 3 immensely, but there is something strange about the way they are editing the episodes.

 

They use the same template every episode it seems, so guessing the criminal is quite easy :/

I agree, I rewatched S2 before S3 and S3 is so difficult to watch for some reason.

ppl need to stop with the comparisons already  , i get that they prefer older cast blah blah balh but its season 3 with a new cast and new sort of editing.. we cant change it so just accept it and enjoy the show without nitpicking everything plz...

 

 

there are clearly many missing parts these few episodes, in terms of the clues and back story but oh well... 

 

 

not sure where u got the "broke out of character" part from there.. she continued to play along to the role in her own way.. doesnt mean just cuz she didnt hug him back, that she broke off character. In the later parts of the episodes, she said stuff like "son i only have you to trust in me" etc. etc/

 

i dont really see the awkwardness u seem to keep mentioning tbh... 

 

 

No, we are not gonna stop comparing. We do it because we love the show. I compare and criticize because season 2 worked close to flawlessly, so I am mind-boggled as to why they changed the pace and editing from season 2 to season 3.

 

And yes, we CAN change it. You might be new to Crime Scene, but in season 1 the viewers (koreans AND international viewers) complained that the cases were over 2 episodes and not completed in 1. They changed that, and the show got 100x better because of it. As long as we give constructive criticism, I am sure the PDs and writers appreciate it.

 

 

And the son/mom hug was damn cringy and awkward, you could see it on Eunji that she didnt like that at all, lol. It was just weird after that happened.

i finally catch up, we're up to ep6 already?..time goes by so fast, how many ep will this season will be showing? also what's face genius? a visual who is a genius?

 

Season 1 had 10 episodes, season 2 had 13. So I guess season 3 will have around 13 episodes as well

nope he is not replacing anymore. he'll be an additional cast member;)

Article said he is joining CS3 for ep8-ep12 so yeah 

5 more ep to go! 

 

Season 3 storylines are fictional unlike S2 which was based of real cases so that might also add to why its so diff from S2 production wise 

 

Season 2 was also fictional afaik, season 1 however was based loosely on real events

Episode 7 was quite good.. But I want more of the cast walking around finding evidence than sitting down talking.. I feel like more than 50% oåf the episode is just talking.

 

And Kim JiHoon is still boring ;/ What a failed casting that was. He was great as a guest in season 2, but I can't feel it at all in this season. He doesn't seem at all interested in what's going on. Too bad.

Episode 8 was damn good! It gave me seriously season 2 feels throughout the episode. Keep this going and the last episode of season 3 will be insanely good.
