So i used to be 61 kg and 1.75cm tall bmi of 19,9

and now i am 54kg and 1.75cm tall and my bmi is.17,6

but its just because i started doing ab exercises and cut all the junk food at once and i don't snack anymore in between, what am i doing wrong??? My mom accuses me of being bony and unhealthy looking... although there are people that have it worse... what should i do to fix this? I am also curvy naturally so its doesn't help.... how to gain weight if you are financially low and can't eat rich foods all the time? :'(

Eat more rice & potatoes. But eat more during meals and not inbetween them, as that can be unhealthy.

im eating A LOT during lunch and breakfast but during night there was no big meals i ever eaten in my life and it was usually consisted of random snack during my old times which made me mantain the older weight

don't... you are at a weight that all these fat girls can only dream to be.

the thing is, my mom makes me feel like i look too bony and not appealing at my weight.... and i don't know what to do.... my weight also fluctuates.. either goes lower or around there which is not what i want to see... i want to see my mom feel happy about me but all i see is her being worried about me....

I think 54kg and 1.75m is a good weight/height ratio. It sounds like your dress size is maybe an 8/10 (US) and that is considered a proportioned, balanced size.

I think you should do what makes your body feel good. Food isn't just about losing/gaining weight. Food is about giving you fuel and servicing your body. It is also about pleasure and appreciating delicious things (for example, I love avocados at the moment).

It sounds like you are at a good size where you are. Keep eating healthily to MAINTAIN your current weight. Do some exercise too that is enjoyable. Exercise will give firmness and strength to your body, so that you are not just relying on food to lose or gain kilos. Junk food is ok in moderation and once in a while but it should not be your primary source of food.

Weight fluctuations between 50-62 kilos sound right for somebody with your height (I am a similar height and weight).

uhm, healthy stuff like bananas and peanut butter. dark chocolate.

but don't eat at night right before you sleep - it's bad for your digestion.

i used to eat a LOT before sleep like a habit throughout my life...... and now that i cut that habit... i lost all this weight :(

Learn how to count calories, buy a food scale, and learn how many calories you should be eating whether you want to be losing, maintaining, or gaining lbs

To lose: body weight(lbs) x 10 - 12 per day

To maintain: body weight(lbs) x 14 - 15 per day

To gain: body weight(lbs) x 16 - 18 per day

This is just a simple and easy calculation to figure out how much you should be eating a day.

As for foods, stop falling for the "Healthy food is expensive." meme. It's not. Learn how to buy in bulk and learn how to cook. Brown rice, pasta, vegetables, beans, oats, etc.
