My fiance is less keen, he doesn't mind it if it is fresh and heated up/grilled. If it's cold or too fermented he won't eat it. He's ok if it's in stews too. It is a great condiment, but I'm not like, 'Oh yeaaah, kimchi!!'- that'd be like being really into drinking straight ketchup or something.
