All the fairy tale stuff in TT happened before the girls disappeared in Knock Knock. Shit's super confusing because that technically means both MVs were happening at he same time. Edit: Ah, I missed something. The clock actually turns back when the door closes, so they're traveling back in time to the start of TT. Makes so much sense now.
