Honeystan 10,291 Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 I sit still for the first five minutes trying to see if anyone's going to take up leader position, or if anybody's throwing out good ideas. Usually it's a mess, or I'm just a bit anal, so I whip out a sheet of paper, write down everyone's name, then divvy up tasks and when we can expect them to be completed, trying to make sure noone else's part fully relies on someone else's to be completed before they can start. I had a bad experience of them stabbing behind my back and got kicked out of the group w/o knowing. We ended up not arriving at the correct hypothesis and a wrong conclusion. Those classmates who bailed were even mad at the end because we got a low score. Why not I made this situation, two other members bailed out without any reasons and remaining members are forced to complete sacrifice some of the time in doing so. Meanwhile both of the three members get into an argument due to conflicting views but at the last minute they work together to finish the project together and manged to done it on time. How is it?
