GodBot 1,005 Posted February 17, 2017 Share Posted February 17, 2017 I can see this robot be used by all delivery services in the near future , vehicles will be automated by then , so the robot just grabs the package/food and drops it by your doorstep. We already have the technology for full autonomy cars (video below) so it shouldn't be too far to perfect this. It won't be long when these robots gets AI capability added to them and we get Skynet. To all the kids out there planning for your future , pick a good degree or learn a trade. Zenith 289 Posted February 17, 2017 Share Posted February 17, 2017 Imagining the math behind the gyros is giving me homework flashbacks - it's fairly creepy looking but the video quality isn't helping with the "nightmare inducing" part haha. Every once in a while I still go back and watch the BigDog stabilizing video. Hopefully someday I get to help make/contribute to something like these!
