I rather see collaborations, honestly. Ones that should happen and ones that you will never have seen coming. Enough with groups and singers who have mediocre talent and basic ass music.

Crystal Kay x BENI, Crystal Kay x Thelma Aoyama and another BoA x Crystal are my dream wishes. JPOP and KPOP collaborations would also be pretty damn cool to see.

I want more soloists who have solid vocals, great stage presence and a desire to experiment and push the envelope.

I'm not too interested in groups because there's already way too many of them and most companies stick to the same safe, generic songs and concepts. However, I would love to see a Japanese company debut a girl group that has adult looking members, great music and a baddass, empowering, sexy image.

Groups are nice, although I'd like different music to come out of them. Most of them sound the same these days…

(On that note, a co-ed group would be great, AAA is lovely but my interest in them is dropping, fast)

If you say you don't want basic music, I'm curious as to why you would want those singers to collaborate? With the exception of Crystal and her album VIVID, none of them have put out anything worth listening to in recent years. (Especially BENI. Ugh.)

Serious question, by the way.

Whatever, as long as the music is good.

I wouldn't be against this but I'm thinking collaborations between male singers like Yuya Matsushita, Shota Shimizu, Daichi Miura, Ken Hirai, and Kaname from Chemistry.

EDIT: I wanna see a duet with AI and MISIA.
