so... starvation diets?

That's basically starving   :donthinkso:  Do Koreans not have nutritionists?? There's no need to eat that little as long as you eat well

they do, though. most of these girls are underweight. if they ate a regular amount of calories they'd probably gain 5-10 kg.

Suzy's one isn't bad tbh Would be better if they added some fruits between the meals.

These are all very pre-comeback/major schedule diets. I bet the company get them to diet just to look skinny enough on the screen. They likely don't eat a thing right before the schedule, just like models and their """"""diets""""" right before fashion shows.

breakfast - oatmeal + green tea + water

lunch - fish/chicken/steak/salad + green tea + water

dinner - protein shake + yogurt + fruits + green tea + water

snack - protein/fiber bar

thats all you need, lose that weight in no time

feel hungry? chew a protein bar, banana, cheese stick

IU diet though, that's scary. And shealready that skinny. or is she the type that actually easily gain weight?

Suzy diet menus are well-balanced as it includes the protein, vitamin and fiber, and also low sugar. And she not including the fruit is also okay. Fruit is not that much important though during diet it's vegetable that is more important. Especially when actually some fruits are rich with fructose that can actually disturb the weight loss.

Everything about this is sad tbh, I don't get the obsession with being skinny.. I have no idea how their bodies even function like this paired with all the stress + little sleep

Problem is if they don't eat like this and be a worryingly low weight, then they get articles written about them calling them fat. There is such a strong pressure for them to be as thin as possible that they don't think of how being that thin will effect their body, they just get used to doing it or suffer shame for being over weight. It's stupid
