That's Jooheon, and yes he is one of the rappers of the group. His nickname is Joohoney, and you're actually not very far off, as he is the second youngest. The youngest is I.M, the awkward gray-haired rapper who was in the Tayo room with him and Wonho (the white hair with blue tips member).
