At least for men's figure skating there's Yuzuru Hanyu. I'm also hoping Nathan Chen makes it to the Olympics, because we haven't had excellent Asian-American figure skaters since Michelle Kwan and Kristi Yamaguchi. Nathan recently successfully pulled off 5 quads in a single routine during a US competition, which is unheard of, so he's got a lot of potential and I'm willing to bet he would even give Yuzuru a run for gold.
