Junsu's hotel was run by family: his father was the chairman, his brother the CEO, his cousin the head of business administration, and his aunt the general manager http://www.allkpop.com/article/2017/02/junsu-forced-to-sell-his-hotel-in-jeju-employees-reveal-their-salary-was-always-20-days-late the problem is having all his family members in management when they probably don't have experience running a hotel business or a business in general.
