rainfalling 99 Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 the face shop rice water bright foam cleanser is good! it has a decently low pH iirc. i have oily skin and i use it to double cleanse. it's cheap and you can get a large tube of it so it lasts ages!
