RR was dropped at the same time as Im Chang Jung's new album. This time, Rookie is dropped at the same time as Zion T. Also, before any pissbaby complains that I should be 'grateful' that they're in the top 10, quit it. We're happy our girls are doing well. January would have given them more exposure tbh. They'll get buried once Block B, Twice and BTS drop their albums. Everyone was flopping in January with the New Years killing interest in new music so that wouldn't have been a good time. RV outsells Block B digitally and physically whilst outselling BTS digitally - they'll be fine. Last year they came back over a month before BTS/Twice and they still recovered their charting. They have their own schedules for their artists they have decided on and they just stick with those without caring who their opponents are. RV had a comeback planed in july 2016, it got pospodned to august 2016 and then to september of the same year (RR) It is said that Rookie was suposed to be a december 2016 comeback but because RR got delayed 2 times, Rookie's release was affected too.
