The thing she is when people see her they don't see her as Asian because she doesn't look that much as an Asian (mainly because she's mixed) She isn't a representation of a true Asian in Western industry (which many of them struggle to make it into the first place). Bruno is also Filipino but people clearly don't think of him as an Asian (people even thought he was black). So to say let's talk about an Asian in Western industry and post a photo of Vanessa Hudgens who has the privilege of being mixed is kind of wrong considering how much Asians struggle to in Hollywood. Lucy Liu is a true example of an Asian who made it in Hollywood and tried to fighting against the stereotypes Hollywood puts on Asian people. NOt but you can see it in their features. Yes she has Asian blood but she clearly doesn't look Asian. When I saw her for the first time I really thought she was Latina.
