NCT 127's Yuta talked about Super Junior Siwon's caring for his labelmates on the January 31 airing of 'Cultwo Show'.
 

When asked what he did for the Lunar New Year, NCT 127's Japanese member Yuta answered, "The foreign members just hung out at home." As for whether they ate traditional Korean soup tteokguk, Yuta responded, "Super Junior's Siwon sunbaenim took care of us, so I ate it with him." 

 

 

He continued, "Siwon sunbaenim takes care of the foreign members every year. It was around 2 [when I went to his house], and he said it was his fourth bowl of tteokguk. I think he takes care of a lot of members."

I don't care why someone is nice or pretend to know their motivations for being nice. But then again I'm not biggoted or prejudice against someone's religion.

I'm just glad that they're nice and take it at face value.

Uh seriously, it's a very kind aof Siwon to take care of his hoobaes as well as foreign members because they don't have family or relatives boo hoo to visit or to be visited in South Korea

 

and y'all here tryna figurin' out if it's bc of his religion or what-so-ever? or whether what's good of him giving free food to his foreign juniors?

 

If it's your favs instead of Siwon treatin' them good, it would be another story of praise and flatter

I agree...

I tend to have very different views than Siwon on several things, but I believe he is a nice guy (or tries to be). Siwon was/is friends with Hangeng, and they were quite close. SM treated Hangeng really badly when he was there, and even now, Zhoumi and Henry are not treated right. Siwon, as a member of Super Junior AND Super Junior M, has probably observed that for years.

 

Being away from your family and friends in a foreign country can be hard at times too. I'm sure he understands that...

 

Now... as much as I don't agree with Siwon on many topics, I believe he's doing the right thing here. No need to criticize the good things.

And after all, if Heechul and Siwon can be friends, there is hope, right?

Siwon is just being nice to foreigners who are far away from their family, eventhough it's just a little thing and couldn't replace their family, it's still a nice thing to do...
