What made that List of Psychological disorders take out Homosexuality?

Get The Job Done

I mean I have searched but it only seems like it was taken out so that people won't feel bad about being gay. How are we sure its not something that should be aggressively treated?

I am not saying I hate homosexuals and I don't want to offend anyone. I just don't see why they don't try to treat it anymore....

Fuck off.

Well I am just saying how do we know its not something that we should be seeking treatment for.

I will say that there are a lot more fucked up gay people than straight people. But is this due to being gay or because of the troubles that come with being gay?

Probably the fact that its obviously not natural and not the way the body was made or the way human society was meant to function. It throws  a wrench in the whole system.

Are you still on your quest to stop being gay?

Because it's a natural occurrence that has been documented in thousands of animals. Homosexuality wasn't viewed negatively until religion came along.

Its only natural to do so

Animals have disorders too. that doesn't mean those animals would fair better if they were heterosexual

Don't play yourself. I'm not one of those who gets up in arms when people say being gay is a disorder but I also don't get people who try to convert.

I will say that being gay isn't biologically natural though. From a reproductive standpoint, it serves no purpose unless you're one of those who believes it's a population control. The whole emotion thing is another matter though...

Is this person for real?

Like do people really still feel this way in the Western world?

When was it ever treated anyway?

There are still some people in developed Western countries that claim they can "cure" homosexuality, so that idea is still around unfortunately.

I fail to see what point you're trying to make with this post.

Animals probably don't even know what they're doing honestly. They're animals. They run in front of cars.

What kind of lame ass example...

Do you also think infertility is unnatural?

Your viewpoint is quite different from the norm. Care to share more or link me to some posts where you talked about this?

It was only changed because of political correctness.

You seem to be able to look past your emotions and realize its something that should be treated too.

I think by pretending its ok we leave a lot of people stuck because if they don't want to be gay they are looked at as being self haters even though being gay is not something thats natural anyway....
