That's what happened to 2ne1's Happy cause it was shot in 2012 but released in 2014? wasn't CL's Lifted also filmed in 2015 ? but i think YG won't release that shelved Winner mvs because Taehyun left. if they release those songs, they have to completely reshoot the mvs like SNSD did to CMIYC. I don't think so, we don't know if the songs were composed by Taehyun and if the MVs were ot5 focused or Taehyun was the lead YG if not release it. They also filmed an MV in Sweden directed by Sebastian Ringler and that MV will probably never see the light of day unless with a lot of re-editing. I still think it's a miracle some Dimention project pics leaked, but those were just pics.
