Athena 21,718 Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 i usually do, sometimes i'll skip, especially in the fall/winter. it's not like it's bad or anything if you don't, depends on the environment you live in. and actually overshowering is an actual thing yall. as long as you get your private parts and armpits you could probably go two or three days without fully showering. Hair needs the natural oils so even if you get greasy hair the day after you've showered you shouldn't shower immediately.
