[POLL] Is Rebel a good fandom name for Red Velvet

I've been getting mixed reviews over the name Rebel for a fandom name

It comes from ReVel (red velvet), but it sounds more like how koreans would pronounce revel and it's also an actual word

Unfortunately it doesn't totaly fit their concept..

 

But what do you think?

I love it,but apperantly it would take from Dean's Rebels,which is basically pronounced the same in Korea.

I love it but I heard Koreans refer to Red Velvet as Revel a lot so it would be confusing and I don't think Korean Red Velvet fans would like it

This name is never gonna be used because Korean fans call Red Velvet Revel and it sounds the same as Rebels. Plus Dean's fandom is Rebels !!

It would probably be better if the fandom name suggestion has some kind of deep meaning to it for both Red Velvet and the fans like other kpop groups. Also, ReVel will just bring in hate from Dean's fandom, who are called Rebels.

No it's not cause it's Dean's fandom and also not original at all. That's like calling sones = Soshi, or even the BLACKPINK fandom name which has no research in it..

 

Eclipse or Sunlight or anything like Revelution or something like a meaning and a word-play around their name!

But for meaning revel >> rebel, I mean rebel does not make much sense, revel makes a bit more sense.

 

But I agree with the other posts saying that ReVel/Rebel would clash with Dean's fandom name and that it is a bit uninspired.
