Failing that who do you consider to be high level? No evidence required but a sentence to explain will suffice! Yoon Mirae/Tasha is not an Idol. Please don't be obvious and pick CL only but if you feel that way please do pick another Rapper too. eta: If you must choose Miryo pick another rapper too. I like GD, but when she and GD do a duet, I don't see GD anymore just her. Also, T-ara Hyomin and Eunjung, they have good delivery and flow, and I dont mind rap in their songs.
