SBS's new crime thriller, Defendant, aired today with amazing ratings! Y'all watch it! It was intense. I had to watch without subs but it was really good.

 

Defendant airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10:00pm KST.

 

Here's the summary from wiki:

 

"Park Jung-woo is a prosecutor at Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. One day, he wakes up and finds himself a convict on death row. Suffering from temporary amnesia, Jung-woo has no idea what transpired to land him in prison. He struggles to recover his memory and clear his name."

I wish Yuri appeared in the first episode but it looks like her role is not that big. I hope they don't do her dirty like they did with Sooyoung in Police Unit 38, where she was female lead but barely got any screen time. :cry:

I think this episode was to show the back story of his character and show how he got in the situation. Yuri is in the trailer for ep 2 but hopefully she gets some decent screen time( I mean she is supposed to play his lawyer so that character should get decent screen time)

her character is main and key  ,dont worry
