OP recommendations for the 10th:

Looking at the medal table the only big wintersport country that hasn't got any medals yet is South Korea!

But they will sure start collecting medals tomorrow with the Short track 1500m for men and Speed skating 500m for men coming up!

If you dont know what to watch tomorrow, watch those two exciting events!

-Highlights Day 1

USA's Kotsenburg wins first gold in first time Olympic event Snowboard Slopestyle, Dutch clean sweep for Speedskating, Canadian sisters Dufour-Lapointes winning Gold & Silver in freestyle Moguls, Bjorndalen wins his 12th medal with a victory on the 10km Biathlon hereby equalling the record for most olympic medals at a winter olympic games.

-OP's recommendation for 9th feb:

OH's favorite event figure skating for teams will be decided (Men, Ladies & Ice dancing Free), Russia is in lead with Canada & USA trailing behind. Other events to look out for are Alpine skiing Downhill with Bode Miller, spectacular stunts with Ladies Snowboard Slopestyle, Mens' Luges with Germany's Loch, Ladies Speed skating 3000m and in the evening the Ski Jumping!

-OP's recommendation for  8th feb: 10 km Biathlon for men will compete & if you want to watch spectacular stunts go watch Snowboard Slopestyle for men. Figure skating for teams will continue with Short program for females including Mao Asada, and keep your eyes open for the new European champ Yulia Lipnitskaya.

Ofcourse I will look forward to Speedskating 5km for men, hopefully the Dutch will win Gold, Silver & Bronze    :hurr:  with Sven Kramer ofcourse grabbing gold. Though South Korean Seung Hoon Lee is in very good position.

-6th feb: Some disciplines have already started the competition, with Canada's Max Parrot topping the Snowboard slopestyle Qualifications (the one Shaun White Pulled out off) and Figure Skating for teams has Russia in the lead after two programs, with Canada and China right behind.

I'm afraid I won't be watching, there are serious issues going on within Russia right now, people being tortured and hurt by the government and all sorts of Russian Nazi's.

I refuse to support such bigotry.

You better come to Russia and see what here doing with people, then believe in everything that is shown on TV

It's the dutch stream without commentary, if it works for you I'm going to post the link in the OP.

Not working for me...It says something, but since I don't know the language I'm clueless. LOL!

But I found one that I can watch. :)

Why people make negative comments about a country in which does not live only by what their country puts on the news, sports are to unite, not to talk about politics, no country or government is perfect and Russia have their problems but worry first for your country before criticizing other! Go Sochi, I hope it will be incredible games!

i didnt even know the team figure skating event has started until video links started popping out of my timeline lol

I only watch figure skating events. Patrick in third thats why he needs to control his mouth a bit.

lol. Patrick has attitude issues? I'm not canadian and don't follow figure skating throughout the year.

lol, I kinda figured out that probably alot of major stations will have live streams of the events.

None of the sports really stand out to me but Ice Hockey looks fun~

The medals looks absolutely gorgeous :O

watch speedskating (the short distances 500m/1000m)   very exciting.

The only major USA network/station streaming the Olympics is only if you have a cable provider subscription (which I don't because cable sucks and I watch everything online anyways)...So I had to go to a website outside of the USA one to get the livestream link. LOL...but it still works, so it's all good.
