We’re pleased to announce that in the June 2012 issue ofWHAT’s IN?, a Japanese music magazine, AIMI mentioned Very Good Days! in an interview! The lines of text with VGD in it translates to:

— Did you communicate with US fans?

 

 

 

A> Our devoted foreign fans have made a private fan group “Very Good Days.†They came to our concerts every time in the US. They said a message to us spoken in Japanese, like “You always speak to fans in English, so we want to show appreciation in Japanese. You inspire us with your music. Thank you.†And they made a big banner with many messages in many languages that they asked fans to write. I cried with the surprise. They followed us during the U.S. Tour. They supported Japanese fans voluntarily, even though no one asked them to. I thought, what wonderful guys they are.

Former Stereopony member AIMI (Vo, G) will officially start her solo activities. On June 15th, she will hold an event called 'Twinkle Communication!!' at CHELSEA HOTEL in Tokyo.  Stereopony disbanded

Currently they're both in Japan. AIMI is now a solo artist, and SHIHO and NOHANA are the drummer and bassist of Draft King. MAO, their temporary support guitarist is actually a member as well! In fact

Her favorite consumable is coffee. She doesn't like peppers. 

 

She loves to cook. As I'm sure most fans know, she is a big fan of beer.  :imstupid: In fact, when asked if one of her songs could be featured in any broadcast, she chose a co-promotion with a beer company.   

 

Her favorite animal is an iguana.  :chu:

 

She wants to, at least once, have a snowball fight. 

 

Her favorite musical artists are Maximum the Hormone and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

 

Deep Purple was one of her first influences due to her seeing a cover band in Okinawa.

 

According to Aimi, Shiho reads books in her spare time and drinks Red Bull to get higher spirits when she's down. 

 

Like Aimi, she is also a fan of Bleach. In fact, at Anime Boston, she listed Hitsugaya and Kenpaichi amongst her favorite characters. 

 

She also indicated in an interview for Nippon Project that she likes Dragonball and would like to have a boyfriend like Goku. hahahahaha ^ ^   :lol:  :lol:   :ahmagah:  :chu:

 

   :ahmagah:   :datass:  :ilove:  She fell in love with the drums at first sight.

 

When she was growing up, Shiho wanted to be a nursery school teacher, and actually she used to listen to mostly classical music and regularly played the piano before Aimi asked her to create MIXBOX with her, to which she agreed. Unfortunately, as a result, Shiho didn't have much time for friends as they were frequetly performing, whether at their school's own festivals or sponsored gigs. 

 

After winning an unnamed music contest in their hometown, Okinawa, MIXBOX, under unknown circumstances, was decreased to three members.

juz dropping by after op made me listen to the first stereopony song that I fell in love with  :lol:

 

I don't really follow japanese groups/bands outside of their music which I check probably once every few months back then. I only know a few songs tho. I was sad to know they disbanded but glad to know that the members are still active.  :smile:

 

Fave songs are: tsukiakari no michishirube (?), overdrive and smilife 

 

 

now, if only girls dead monster was an actual band and not just formed because of an anime... >.>

I love their songs as well, and since I'm more of an Aimi fan, I didn't bother listening to Draft King.

 

Disband? lol. More like replacing Aimi with new members and changing their band name.

lol. All I'm saying is that after all these years, I'm still bitter about the fact the Stereopony disbanded. However, if you look through it, it's only Aimi who left the group.

They all left the group lol. You realize DK is a band forged by a different company and Aimi turned to modeling before she started to sing again? She started this "ALiCE in UNDEGROUND" thing long after Shiho and Nohana had decided to continue to making music and had already been signed to a contract.

One of my favorite Stereopony songs

 

 

 

 

You know, I didn't really appreciate that song when it came out, but then I saw it performed at the FINAL LIVE and it shook my heart. Can't remember if I cried or not lol. Now it's one of my utter favorites.

We don't want them to be found and removed from youtube due to copyright violation. It's already happened too many times before. The blank posts you see in this very thread are examples of where this has happened.
