I stopped liking TOP's rapping after the holy three days (Lies, Haru Haru, Last Farewell). But Doom Da Da made me like it again.

Doom Dada was a pretty intelligent solo and song compared to the other BB solos last year. I think TOP has detached himself from his hip hop roots and leans more toward artist and actor. He's not as involved anymore as an idol, as a part of maturing more than anything else, so I find it easier to fanelephant over Zico.

Great post. I think the only reason why TOP isn't as "hip hop" as he used to be is because he has to do public friendly music, per YG. I bet he's release more if he could do what he really wanted. And right now he's obsessed with his furniture and being a sexy old man, and I'm not mad about that a all

 

TOP wins every poll for me b/c he's really the only person in KPOP I care about.
