I just successfully recruited Daniela! I found out that you can use Orochi's Capture skill to capture bosses and have them work for you so lol been trying to persuade her to join all day lol.

 

She seems pretty cool too! She's a B-rank in Staves and Tomes.

My ex-boyfriend bought me her as a Birthday present lol

 

I haven't actually bought an amiibo by itself in a while, everyone around knows I like them though, so that's what they always get me for my B-day or I get special editions of games lol.

 

I don't have a N3DS though, so I can't even use her though, I probably wouldn't have in the first place, I like using the in-game characters lol

Regarding Chapter 15 of Birthright:

 

 

Kaze 'died' in the story, by sacrificing himself and saving me, but we don't actually see him die. But someone just told me that I could have prevented it by getting to A support with him. Is this true?  I assumed he didn't really die, and would come back later in the story.

 

 

 

It's true, luckily I was spoiled about that before and got A Rank with him beforehand lol  Though it seems like a silly arbitrary thing as that support convo didn't really have anything to do with the story.

I'm promoting my first unit, Orochi, but I don't know what to turn her into, Basara or Onmyouji, like Basara seems like a more balanced unit, but she's my main mage so I'd prefer the high magic growths, but I want Rend Heaven OTL

 

EDIT: I'M SO DUMB, I accidentally used a Heart Seal on the Avatar when I meant to use a Master Seal OTL OTL OTL

Me and Ryoma has two sons kanna is pretty op and such a sweetheart.    while my other son Shiro is pretty smart. Using a lance just to try and beat his father

I upgraded 4 of my units already (inlcuding my own character) with the master seals , Azama became a Master summoner, my avater became a Hoshido Noble, Kaden became a  nine tails  and Takumi upgraded to a sniper   and now I am one level off Sails until he becomes level 20 and 2 levels from Setsuna. While Jakob is like level 22 (I don't even know what I did to make him over the level cap) 

 

Luckily I had some money, bought a heart seal and a couple of master seals lol, I upgraded some unit too lol~ My Takumi become a Sniper, my Orochi became a Basara (Though I'm going to heart seal her and make a Onmyouji at level 5) My Rinkah became on Oni Cheiftan, my Kaiden became a Nine-tails and my avatar became a Hoshido Noble~ My Kagero, Oboro, Hinoka and Sakura are close to their level caps soon too~

 

I think certain classes like Butler/Maid and Songstress have a higher level cap.

I've very baised towards Cordelia because her name was the same as my favourite character in Buffy and I'm fickle like that~

 

Saying that, I don't think I liked any character in FE Awakening enough to spend that much on them OTL maybe if it was £60 or so.

 

 

Orochi is so funny. She's quickly becoming one of my favourite characters. All of her supports so far have been hilarious lol.

 

Yes, she's my fav atm, she's funny and she's a decent mage, well she's my only mage, I kinda left Hayato in the dust cause he joined too under-leveled and I coudldn't be bothered, I mean, Sakura will join her soon at least~ I just hit her promotion rank today, I made Sakura into a priestess first for the skills but I already have three bow users and her magic is better than her strength.

 

Only problem I have with Orochi her speed could be better~

 

I'm just sad I paired every other lady up and forgot about her and she got stuck with Azama.

I just recently downloaded all the DLC maps, just to see what it was all about, I got started on Royal Royale, I do not understand how anyone can win with Sakura

 

 

So I picked at random, and started with Sakura, it was challenging but I'm stubborn and I didn't want to pick someone else, and honestly outside of Takumi and Effie it wasn't TOO bad, though they were real nightmares OTL but then I got to Xander and it's like...HOW? The only one that can somewhat stand a chance is Hana and that's being generous, she hurts by like 3x2 and one hit from him will take her down but if I equip her Duel Katana the chances of him hitting her drops to 34% and sometimes she gets lucky and hits him with astra but that only still takes like 10 life points at most. OTL

I'll be honest I didn't even give the children a second look, I mean, I'm still on Birthright (I'm currently on the final chapter), I used Miitama, and she had really good magic and speed (her mom was Orochi) and Caeldori was really good too, but IDK, even in Awakening I didn't use them, so many of them join and so fast, I get a bit overwhelmed

 

Midori was a cutie tho, I was thinking of using her, I married Kaze to the avatar and they were one of the second to get married so she joined fast but in the end, I forgot, plus at that point most of the core of my team were established

I regret marrying them though, Hinata was a cutie, wanted to marry him OTL but I didn't want Kaze to die so I was quick with grinding out his support and in the end I was just like...whatevers.

 

 

I used them all once or twice, and I mean, Selkie was cool and Rhajat was powerful as well but in the end...eh~

 

I also didn't use Miitama and Rhajat cause I just didn't want any more magic users, the designs of all the magic classes in Birthright were offensive to the eyes, I just stuck with Orochi and sucked it up.

You can grind supports in defending your castle, I think, you don't gain any experience though

I just finished Birthright! It was fun, I need to go to bed now but I'm going to start Conquest tomoz maybe, I was just sad that they don't rank your characters and give your top three units gold, silver and bronze medals at the end ={

 

I always thought it was really interesting to see.

 

Also, at the end it asked me to pick 5 character and after that returned me to the title screen, does anyone know what that was about?

 

Anyway my only regret at the end was not capitalising on Sakura's CRAZY magic growths and reclassify her into an onmyouji, but those designs look so ugly I just can not and priestess Sakura looked cute~

For me and comical characters, I'm mixed and I don't really know why. Like I dislike Arthur and Setsuna but I really like Izana and Azama.

 

I'm actually the opposite, I like Arthur and Setsuna but Izana gives me a headache and Azama is too mean for me, though he can be funny in his convo's with someone who can sass him back lol.

 

I've made my opinion on children in FE known in this thread before, but yeah, I hope they don't come back, I didn't mind it in Awakening but in Fates it was so ham-fisted and stupid how they shoved the children in the story, like, I don't use them anyway cause so many unit so late just overwhelm me, but introducing concepts like that in the game kinda drag it down for me story wise, like if they have a reason to include them that's fine though I do hope they move away from it, I mean, considering the popularity of the kids I know it might not happen but eh~

I've finally committed my self to play Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn again, I'm on Chapter 11 on PoR, I forgot everything but it's fun~ but I've just finished my first map where I couldn't take everyone, now comes the hard part ={

I'm legit having trouble choosing my hero, most likely none of them are going to make it, but idk whether to pick Rebecca from FE7 or Meg from PoR/RD, I thought they were both cuties, Rebecca was a good unit and an archers, who I think are super cool, and Meg was a trash unit but she sooo cute and adorbs   And then there's Aimee, who is a GODDESS

Yeah I feel like characters like Ike and character that showed up in Smash Bros are shoe ins, wasn't he in the concept art? So I ain't worried.

Titania is bae, she has hands-down my favourite design in the series, plus she's an awesome unit, I don't know how I forgot about her, I must now vote for her too D= Plus unlike the other, she actually has a reasonable chance of getting in with enough votes.

My current team is Lyn, Oboro, Anna and Matthew.

 

I have to say, the normal story missions aren't hard with the right characters, forget Lyn, my bronze 3* Oboro alone trivialises them she eats all physical damage and hits pretty hard, and now I equipped her with Def Seal, she should demolish.

There's nothing more disappointing than getting an intro animation for a potential 5* character and then after the intro, it's just a 3 star .-.

 

I just got that with Robin yesterday lol, I got with Camilla twice as well, at least with her they were both 4 star.

Fates disappointed me a lot so I feel a bit hesitant to play tbh.

 

 

Well, you probs already played it by now, but if fates let you down, I should warn don't expect a full-fledged game, it's just a really simplified FE, like a FE lite.

I was soo confused on how to get over 3000 in arena duels, then I realised it doesn't go up for every 7 games you play, it just takes you highest score, I managed to get that easy with my main team, I also got a 5 star Ryoma, it's really weird that he doesn't have a 5 star intro yet Camilla does =/

Also, can we talk about how creppy Jakob's art is in this game?

YESSSS, I beat General Narcian's hard mode \O/

 

I had absolutely nobody that could tank the blue mages hit, my strongest units were all red, and sword users and their blue mage had both triangle adept and swordbreaker OTL my strongest non red unit was a 4* Barte but he had appaling resistance, so I power leveled my 4* Camilla up had her go through mountians to take out the archer and tank the other hits she still needed a Cecilia's resistance rally for the green mage and Olivia's hone attack to one round the archer, but it worked \O/ after that she only had 5 health so i thought she'd be out of commission, but towards the end when neither my Lyn or Cecilia could take the blue mage out, she tank his hit for 0 damage and saved the day, I never cared for Camilla before but now I think she's rad
