Do you perform worse with less sleep?

Yesterday I pulled an allnighter doing work, and only got 6 hours of sleep the next day :derp:

 

Then today when I was pouring milk, I pressed too hard and it squirted out of the carton...

 

When I was pouring myself water I chipped off my ceramic mug with my glass water jar, and then I poured liquid detergent into the softener section.

 

Do you find yourself doing things worse when you have less sleep? :twitch:

6 hours is already a luxury for me HAHAHA but yea definitely especially with lectures!! if i don't get a good sleep the night before i would fall asleep in class

or try my best not to fall asleep and look interested and respectful during lecture which requires all my focus so i couldn't pay attention to the lecture at all lmao

I can barely see as it is but give me less sleep and my vision turns into a cone and I can see like 2 feet in front of me and nothing else... I try to turn too quickly and everything becomes a blur lol..

well i sleep daily 7hours so 6 hours for me isnt that big of a deal 

XD

 

if i sleep few hours it depends what i have to do next day.

sometimes i can do well sometimes im a mess. usually it hits me after noon , while in the morning im normal cuz prolly coffee holds me. i think coffee is the key. just stuff yourself with it and you will be fine few hours xD

I can hardly function without sleep I can't pay attention. I'm clumsy enough as it is lol.

Side note as a vegan I have to say don't drink cow baby milk if that's what you drink. Baby calfs have to drink formula/milk substitute because we take their food that doesn't belong to us it makes no sense. Drink plant milk c:

there was one time I got 2 hours of sleep and I was extra alert (probably trying to keep myself awake) but I was more energetic than the 8 hours I got throughout the rest of the week.

but that is really rare. I need 7+ hours otherwise I will be clumsy and unable to function

Generally speaking a single night of 6 hours isn't going to hurt much but when I sleep poorly several days in a row, that's where it starts to be a problem especially if I am busy during those days.

As I generally get an increased appetite, increased sensitivity to temperatures ,(sun)light and decreased focus.

As in, on day 1 i pulled an allnighter, so I got 0 hours of sleep.

Then instead of like sleeping more the next day to make up for it, I only managed to get 6hrs of sleep.

 

so its like day 1 - 0hrs of sleep, day 2 - 6hrs of sleep, then on day 3 i suffered and performed worse :(
