Since it's a mental disorder I doubt you can rationalize their thoughts and why they find children so attractive. I don't think most of them would say they find children sexy. I don't understand why some think that people, women in particular, are fake unless they limited the way they express themselves to one type. A person can have contradictory character traits; it's not like our personalities are made up according to unbreakable logical rules.
