I'm a person who's never suffered from "All Asians Look the Same Syndrome", probably because I grew up around a number of Asians. For example, I can easily identify the individuals in groups like f(x), SNSD,Shinee, B2st, BAP and EXO. Even Suju, and I barely know them. Even if I don't know their names, I can tell who is who. But in K-pop, wow. I swear I keep seeing the same face around for the newer boy groups, except for a few. Same nose, same eyes, same chin, same makeup, same hair styling. Same with the girl groups, particularly the chins that look like they can stab you if you hug them. But it's more obvious with the boy groups. It's like they copied and pasted a face on to many people. I'm not saying that PS is bad, I'm not against it, but do it in a way that makes you look different if you're going to do it. Athena 21,718 Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 I can't tell the difference between boy groups like BAP, Block B, VIXX, Bangtan Boys, Teen Top, NU'EST, Boyfriend, B1A4, etc. It's usually the boy groups that start with "B" that throw me off. It's so ridiculous how every nugu, whoever they are, will have the same exact face. It's gross tbh. Not even just nugus, look at the SMRookies. I can't believe it's gotten this bad.
