I don't think political correctness should go completely away since minorities deserve to have their voices heard and be respected, but what does need to go away is the aggressive guilt tripping and refusal to accept debate that a lot of SJWs especially those on tumblr like to do (eg: "you're a horrible human being if you don't reblog this angry sjw post about this social issue happening"). Like they focus on the ONE problematic thing that someone did (doesn't matter if it happened 10 years ago or yesterday) and claim the person is completely problematic. There are some things where doing that one thing does make you a forever shitty person (like raping someone, because that is unexcusable) but there are many others that don't warrant endless abusive call-outs. - thinking everything is cultural appropriation.
