If you don't have those, watch YouTube playlists of the topics you're confused in. YouTube always saved my ass. delirium 4,237 Posted January 10, 2017 Share Posted January 10, 2017 if you don't get the basic concepts down, everything else will be puuuure hell. For instance, when doing simple conversions, if you don't know how to get the measurement that you need (canceling other measurements out) then you'll be crying by the time that you get to multiple conversion. Athena 21,718 Posted January 10, 2017 Share Posted January 10, 2017 - watch crash course chemistry videos - do lots of practice and application problems - skim read assigned chapter before class - listen well and take notes during class - rewrite notes and add extra info or further explanations to supplement your class notes (if rewriting would take too long, use post it notes to add the extra info) - really pay attention to the key/basic concepts for each section you learn Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
