GIRLS GENERATION MOVIE PREMIERE AT TGV SUNWAY PYRAMID

On Tuesday night, the cast of the new movie, Girls Generation, (not to be confused with the K-Pop band), attended the gala premiere of Girls Generation, a film directed by Tan Kheng Seong, better known by his stage name Ah Niu , here at

Sunway Pyramid.

Keqing brought her A-game in a emerald-as-Oz green top. JC Chee donned a suit, while co-star Emily Kong looked subtly brilliant in a black crop top and skirt with boots. But nothing quite stopped the show more than Yumi Wong’s velvet red, long drop gown – though Teddy Chin definitely shone brightest with a brushed three-piece suit.

Girls Generation tells the story of a group of students who must battle each other in the National Talent Competition to win. However, amidst their preparations, unexpected love plots unfold. Royi is stuck in a love triangle, having to choose between Jayden and Hayden, who are twin brothers, to pair up with in the competition. On the other hand, Acan and Hao are forced to participate in the competition but unexpectedly begin to fall for each other.

A romantic comedy of sorts that brings a strong element of friendship and bonds to the screen, thanks to director Ah Niu.
