As long it's done well, I usually think it can add to a song. Everyone's making such a fuss lately when it isn't even a remotely new thing. There are many songs that come to mind that I like a little less because of the rap parts e.g. most girl group songs, CBX's Hey Mama, GOT7's Hard Carry. But there are plenty of low tier groups with great rap flow but are ignored because they aren't as popular. You over here listening to S.M's god awful rappers (love the fuck outta their groups but seriously.. stop) when groups like M.I.B, Lucky J, and 4minute were flawless and got disbanded for their lack of sales. B.A.P is a recommended group for a team up of great rappers and vocalist, though their title tracks can sometimes be too harsh on the ears for first time listeners (their softer songs are great and their baby making songs are UNF!). SECRET, B2ST, Brown Eyed Girls might have lost their momentum but they also have good rappers.
