Has anyone seen Leah Remini's A&E Scientology Documentary? FASCINATING!

I just watched all 5 episodes and I am completely fascinated about this cult. The stories of the people are unreal! The things they were talking about and how they were brainwashed into believing all that science fiction.

The sacrifices that people made, the risks that they took. One lady said that she spent 15 years in prison because those assholes from Scientology framed her into some sort of a bomb threat. I mean it just boggles my mind as to why this is even considered a religion when you have to buy all those books, and go through auditing to climb up the bride which is complete bullshit.

A&E is brave for going through with that docu-series and so are Leah and the other guy Mike.

No but I wanted to watch it. She was getting tons of death threats for being part of the show.

It's an amazing docu-series. The episodes are on YouTube.

This channel has all of them

Its only 5 episodes that are like 40 minutes long.

She talked to Louis Theroux about it a little bit, he does amazing documentaries that really push boundaries (white supremacy, actually visiting WBC, Israel/Gaza strip, etc.) and even he had to make his documentary on it about making a "scientology movie" called My Scientology Movie.

Also, she was goddamn hilarious on RuPaul DR.

I haven't seen it yet, but I have seen Going Clear...and that is some crazy shit. Leah is very brave to stand against them. They need to be stopped, but the only way it will happen is if people like her keep exposing them for the scumbags they are. I feel so sorry for all of the people who are stuck there and feel they have no way out.

I've only watched 3 of the episodes. It was crazy the stuff they do, especially to people trying to leave or people that have left. I don't get how people can fall into believing this stuff. It's so out there and crazy.

And the amount of money people have to spend to become better in the "religion". Blows my mind, and how they will make people take lessons over and over again so that they can get more money from them.

Not yet but I will check it out.  I didn't realize she made a documentary.

If you like that, you should see Going Clear (from HBO), The Secrets of Scientology (BBC Panorama), and Louis Theroux also made a film about it last year as well called My Scientology Movie which isn't a typical documentary but worth a watch.
