School 2013 was the 5th of the School series, the original was in 1999 and called "School", followed by School 2, 3, and 4. That's why there was a School 2015 despite Woo Bin and Jong Suk thinking School 2013 sucked (although a lot of fans certainly don't think so), and why there's talks of a School 2017 (or was it 2018?). Suzy, Kim Soohyun, IU in DH1. There is possibility for DH3 with Somi center as she needs some projects before 2018 debut. Shin Eunsoo, Somi and some Day6 guys with some rookie actors and good acting idol rookie (Mina from AOA, etc...), DH 3 has 60% chance to happen. MochaLatte 1,682 Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 Well depends ... last time in Dream High 2 they had a lot of idols but it still sucked (no offense...) they had Hyorin, Ailee, Jinwoon, JB & Jinyoung (Got7) and a few others.. I think if they were to have a 3rd season, it should at least bring back some of the characters like the teachers and show a more realistic side to students who struggle to be idols or celebrities rather than focus on the romance and love triangles which get super tiring to watch... and since it is "Dream High", the main leads should definitely be good singers/composers... that's one reason IU shined a lot in the first season for me.. she can literally do everything !! So some good candidates I'd say for lead would be: 1) Eunji (not because shes one of my UBs.. but because she actually does it all well: sing, compose, act, etc.) and her life experience is the same with her parents not supporting her as a singer in her trainee days) ♡ 1) Kim Seulgi (spunky & funny actress from Oh My Ghostess & Splash Splash Love) I feel she would be awesome playing main leads with Eunji like how she did with Park Boyoung in OMG, althought she's not a singer but an actress/comedian, she sings better than the average idols you see performing on stage so I think it would be so cute seeing her act as besties with Eunji) 2) Seo Inguk (WHY THE HELL NOT?? this will be like Reply 1997 reunion drama and im sure many ppl, including myself are waiting for another sick OST duet between these 2 amazing artists ("All For You" is still the best OST duet in my mind and so far, it is still the only OST to be sung by the 2 main leads of a drama, now thats super unique if you may ask) plus SIG's just like Eunji, they both sing, compose, & act well, so why the hell not?) ♡ 3) Hoya (like i said, i totally support having a Reply 1997 reunion drama and Hoya's perfect in the sense that hecan sing well and dance well too, he'd play a cool role in the student striving to be a dancer/idol and he's also had a few amazing supporting roles in multi-genre dramas) 4) Kwanghee (for some reason, I feel it would be nice to have Kwanghee play a character of his own real personality, super hilarious and down-to-earth) 5) Lee Joon (considering now that he's moved on from being an idol to being an actor, giving him a role in a Dream High drama will give him a chance to feel like an idol again and he can do quite well considering his talent in dancing and his naturally funny personality) 6) Doojoon (man, theres too many reasons as to why Dj should be cast, he can sing, dance, act, rap, etc. and considering that I was hoping for a reunion between him and Seulgi, its a win-win + he's good friends with Eunji & Lee Joon, so the on-screen & off-screen chemistry between the cast members would be seriously the best) OF COURSE, im not saying casting all these stars at once for this drama is gonna be easy but theres been lots of hope lately seeing how Scarlet Ryeo & Hwarang is entirely full of handsome actors/idols, so i will not give up on this dream cast for Dream High 3 (if there will be one) at least make it be better than DH 2.. another good thing about this cast is that they've all played leads in great dramas or had prior experience in acting interesting roles, so no criticism on crappy acting Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
