At my school Engineering Science begins with two foundational years so in our first year we pretty much take courses corresponding to all the various types of engineering. It's kinda tough, the pace of learning is very fast and the workload is pretty high. Saw plenty of my friends switch into other engineering majors after which their lives vastly improved lol

 

Looking back it wasn't that bad but during the course of the year there was a lot of complaining and no sleep.
