The thing here is, that you could clearly see her butt shape, and the gif completely went viral in male forum communities, you know what male forum communities do, right? They make horribly sexual comments towards female idols, of course Irene is going to be traumatized over it even if is not real "Exposure"

if you walk around like that -- in short-shorts, for instance-- you want your butt to be seen (though again not any other parts). but if you are wearing a skirt, you probably dont want people to see what's under your skirt. fiddle.se has some regular sexy gifs of idols purposefully exposing themselves, but they also have gifs of moments like these, accidental underskirts, which comes of slightly voyeuristic and can be uncomfortable to look at.

Just because it's acceptable for some teens in another country doesn't mean she has to be comfortable with it nor do other people of any culture... It has nothing to do with the Korean Culture. I wear short skirts with safety shorts underneath but I still keep my skirt secured just in case someone would look up I would really be uncomfortable as well. I know my parts are covered but I just don't want it, it's that simple.

if it's part of the choreo to lift your shirt and expose your stomach, or those sexy dance groups meant for sexual entertainment, things like that

 

they can still be subject to awkward voyeurism, but if the dance is supposed to be sexy and you are supposed to see certain things, that's what i mean by "purposeful exposure". i dont think anything is wrong with that
