it wasn't bad in IU's case, cause he only said once, as a joke, but I don't get what he had with the other actor and his outfit (sorry I can't remember the actor name) Why he insisted 3 times if he saw from the first time that the actor didn't enjoy his remark? He mocked him continuously for not being dressed properly (according to him) for the event. Is the actor from Proof of Innocence. He was wearing a sport coat over his white shirt, probably because it was cold there.

He made fun of Sung Dongil's appearance during the event, was rude to Jo Jungseok (i think i remember that this was during JJS's award speech), pushed that there was something going on between IU and LJK when everyone knows that she has a boyfriend, and basically just tried to be "funny" but he wasnt because his jokes were annoying and rude to the other actors present. That's why a lot of viewers were angry at him.
