Bibimbap, soft tofu stew (tbh the best soft tofu stew i've ever had was in Sokcho when I visited Korea last year, no Korean restaurants where I live make tofu stew the way this one restaurant in Sokcho does), japchae, naengmyeon, rabokki (ramyun + tteokkbokki)...
