The song was originally sung by Hyun Jin Young.

Some fun facts:

- Mamamoo is the only girl group on this 'King of Kings' Special.

- This is also the 10th time they performs on IS2.

- And no they didn't win, not even one round. (their competitors are all monsters tbh)

How the fuck did they not win for atleast one round?

They were competing against absolute monsters. They were up against a person who scored the same amount of points as Mamamoo did in their first ever IS2 win.

But WOW!

What a way to end 2016.

Even if they didn't win a round, that was one of my all-time favorite IS2 performances by them. I just loved the energy, harmonies and arrangement.

That was excellent!

The scores got too high I would guess. It is a two part special with winners from 2016 and Huh Gak won part 1 with 433 which is high. Mamamoo, Lyn, Kim Taewoo, Jung Dongha, Tei, Yurisanga were this episode and since I see Tei offstage he beat Huh Gak or whoever beat Huh Gak so the score went even higher than 433.

BTW I do have a gripe with Mamamoo though. I really do not like it when a singer puts their own song into another artists song they are remaking. It used to happen every once in awhile on Immortal Songs and just bugs me.

King of Kings....

Competition was definitely high it seems. It's okay because MAMAMOO has time and definitely potential to grow into "monsters" for future rounds!!

A least, we can tell they had lots of fun performing it and that makes me glad!!!
