Wysteria 983 Posted December 31, 2016 Share Posted December 31, 2016 I remember tons of people complained when she was added to the lineup, but looking at it now I think she brought a new aura to the group that they really needed, and she brought attention to WJSN as well, I think her personality guys a girl group more than going solo, I just hope she won't turn into the hype in of WJSN. Besides she was gonna give up on being an idol anyways until the girls asked if she wanted to join them. Plus, the concept for Secret, and the set-up was absolutely on-point. If they keep their future hits going with this caliber of quality, they could become a major new GG force to reckoned with. I thought they had a pretty good vocal lineup even before Yeonjung. Obviously Yeonjung increased the talent but they weren't "tragic" before her either. ShownusElectricBoy 1,061 Posted December 31, 2016 Share Posted December 31, 2016 I was really excited to see Yeunjung join WJSN because it helped boost their popularity and got them to chart on the melon where MoMoMo and Catch Me failed to do so. I mean 13 members is a lot but she really helped vocal wise, but WJSN had a really solid vocal line to begin with (Hell even EXY and Bona are really solid vocalists). I think it's great that she joined but damn she really took a lot of lines in MoMoMo from Soobin, but I think Soobin still has more lines in that song by a small margin. Plus she was really taken for granted in IOI, they really did her wrong in the beginning eras so it's amazing to see her shine more.
