no matter how you study, don't study too much

idk how else to say it but studying for a long period of time hasn't done me any good

don't sleep late/wake up early to study; sleep is good

be confident, if you think you're gonna do bad than you probably will do bad ngl

Study as you learn. Cramming it all in at the last minute won't do you any good: you won't learn and it's just stressful. Go over new concepts at the end of each day and then gather them and organize them at the end of the week. Then when a test or exam rolls around you'll already know where to look for the information you really need to know.

make a schedule/regimen and follow it
studying and working becomes easier when it becomes a habit. do homework and practice/apply the material as much as you can so you can figure out stuff that isn't familiar versus your strengths.
don't be afraid to make flashcards, study groups/calls, email and msg other people for help
lol when i study for exams I just review the entire course material and research further so if there's an ambiguous question I can just bs my way through

When you're reading over study notes, walk around your house. Walking around makes it easier to focus because you can't fall asleep and your body is active. Also, don't just read the notes in your head. Say them out loud (even in a hushed voice is good).

I also like to stand in front of a mirror and pretend I'm teaching someone a concept. Saying it out loud is really good for remembering it.

Also, find a drink that wakes you up. When I have a big test that I have to study for, I like to drink really cold water with a lot of ice, and sometimes chicken broth (yeah ik that's weird... but hey, it works for me)
