What Are Your Weight Loss Goals in 2017?

The New Year is approaching soon and the New Year means a year of resolutions.  What are some of your weight loss goals in 2017?

 

For me, lose 15 lbs. every 3 months.  Right now, my weight is ridiculous.  It's a shame.  I need to get back on track.  I have to exercise almost everyday and do different exercises each day.  As for diet, I need to cut back on the sweets and carbs and eat more veggies, grains and lean meat.

I'm planning to lose 50+ lbs in one month. I will do so by not consuming anything but water for 25 days straight. I will jog atleast 5 miles a day and if im too tired, I will walk that 5 miles. 

 

I've done this before and it really works, but you can't go back to your old eating habits after breaking the fast or you will just gain the weight back.

I'm slim already, but I really want to get more toned. Or rather, I want to get stronger and healthier. I don't eat a lot of calories on a daily basis, but the things I eat tend to be ridiculously unhealthy.. like, I sometimes substitute a meal with a chocolate bar. That's not good, and it makes me feel weak and weary. I really want to start eating healthier and double the amount of exercise I do. I want to feel healthy.
