Appreciation 8 reasons why I love AKMU

8. They were contestants of "Kpop Star 2" which aired during November of 2012 till April 2013. Since Chanhyuk and Suhyun were born in 1996 and 1999 respectively, there were only 16 and 13 (!!) back then. Not to mention they've returned to Korea from Mongolia (where their parents work) to pursue a career in the music industry.



7. They've shown their originality by peforming their own songs on the show. Even when they performed another artist's song, they've always put some of their flavour in it.
