Help recovering from a hangover

It's all been said already - just drink a lot of water and if need be, puke. Then just ride the remainder out with a nap

 

 

Slightly off topic, but am I the only one that rarely gets hangovers, and when I do they're extremely mild and fade fast? I've been so smashed I could barely walk, but in the morning I just feel a little off and my mouth/face is dry with maybe the slightest headache at most, and I'm back to normal within an hour. Like is resistance to hangovers a thing?

You need water, vitamins and electrolytes back into your system as drinking diminishes them. Bananas, dark green vegetables, oats, etc. are all good. Try not to eat sugary things as alcohol turns to sugar in your body and you will send your blood sugar levels too high.

You to rehydrate in order for your heart to stop aching, eating also helps but you might not be able to do it if your stomach is too sensitive still. Usually I end up puking if it was very bad, trying to sleep as much as I can and I can't then I take a shower and drink mineral water with some lemons and in pretty bad cases some medicine for the stomach.
