Larme 3,478
? IMO, Softball seems to be harder to play.

Larme 3,478
Aren't they same thing? No. Softball is played on a smaller field, with less reaction time (to catch the ball). Also, a Softball is larger, and pitchers in Softball throw the ball underhand (as opposed to overhand in Baseball).
Suzy Quatro 1,441
They're virtually the same thing despite the differences so it's almost the same. However the ball in softball is bigger and thus it might seem it's easier to hit but this is a flawed perception since the softball field is also smaller, and thus the ball travels a shorter distance giving you less time to react and making the softball pitch virtually faster than a baseball pitch; the throwing technique is also different so there's also that and the bats are smaller. All in all I'd say softball might be somewhat more dynamic or fast paced because all of those changes, less innings, smaller field, bigger ball, smaller bats, etc.
